Solid 3 cm thick travertine coping stones with a rounded front edge (bullnose): the classic pool finish. Tumbled and therefore slip-resistant, and thanks to the open structure the edge stays cool under the Caribbean sun. Colour: Classic Mix, the same warm blend as our French pattern.

Size 61 × 30.5 × 3 cm. The rounded edge faces the water; the coping slightly overhangs the pool, so you get in and out of the water comfortably.

Travertine withstands chlorinated and salt water. Do seal it after installation and repeat yearly; the stone then stays beautiful and easy to clean.

Combine with our French pattern Classic Mix for a terrace and coping in one colour, or with the light honed travertine for contrast.

Straight sides are laid with 61 cm or longer pieces; for curves and round pools there are small formats. Send the shape and dimensions of the pool via WhatsApp; we calculate linear metres, corners and the number of pieces.

How is Classic Mix pool coping, tumbled fixed?

Glued onto the concrete pool edge with a flexible exterior adhesive, rounded edge facing the water and a 2–4 cm overhang, grouted with a waterproof flexible jointing mortar. Then sealed.

Does Classic Mix pool coping, tumbled withstand chlorine and salt?

Yes. Travertine and marble have been used around pools for decades. Seal after installation and again yearly; rinse off salt and sunscreen with fresh water.
